How Our Process Works:

The product can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
An item must be unopened and in its original condition in order to qualify for a return. Original packaging is also required.
After we receive and inspect your return, we will contact you via email or phone to let you know we have received it.
We will process your refund and send it to you through easypaisa, jazzcash, or your bank account if you are approved.

A refund or exchange is only applicable to regular-priced items. There are no refunds or exchanges on sale items.
We offer a 7-day replacement policy.
It is your responsibility to cover the costs of returning the item. It is not possible to refund shipping costs.
Use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance if you return more expensive items. Please note that we cannot guarantee receiving your returned item.
