Order Online:

We may make any changes to an order after it has been processed or dispatched, but it is considered to be a confirmed order. Order Refusals:

We reserve the right to refuse any order without citing any reason or if we have previously refused cash on delivery orders. Our policy is not to send new orders to someone who has refused to accept delivery twice in the past.

Shipping Refunds:

We do not offer shipping refunds or compensation at any cost. 

Receive Broken Product:

When it comes to packaging our products, SKINSECRETS.PK takes every precaution. It is possible that some beauty items/accessories could be damaged during shipment since they are very delicate. You should contact us as soon as possible after receiving the damaged items if the shipping company damages them during transit. Feel free to contact us via social media or email us at support@skinsecrets.pk. Damaged items cannot be returned or exchanged; a discount coupon will be provided. These claims will be settled within 7-10 business days.

Product Information:

We only ship products in Pakistan. It is only possible to order and receive products on the Site if you live in Pakistan. SKINSECRETS.PK displays all prices in Pakistani Rupees, which are valid and effective only within Pakistan. 

The ingredients in some of our products may be allergic to you. Therefore, you should always check the ingredients before using a product to avoid potential allergies. It is also very important to strictly follow all instructions, precautions, and guidelines related to any product. The Site is an online store exclusively selling specialty beauty products, not a medical practice.
