Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.

Only unused and sealed items may be considered for return in case of wrong or damaged product delivery.

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in cases where:

You received a wrong product.

You received a damaged or expired product.

The item is out of stock after you’ve made payment.

Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be made through bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash within 5–7 working days after confirmation.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.
