At SkinSecretsPK, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with every purchase.
Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.

• Only unused and sealed items may be considered for return in case of wrong or damaged product delivery.

• To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Refunds

• Refunds are only applicable in cases where:

  • You received a wrong product.

  • You received a damaged or expired product.

  • The item is out of stock after you’ve made payment.

• Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be made through bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash within 5–7 working days after confirmation.

• Delivery charges are non-refundable.
